Whole grain Fonio is Perfect for FONIO PUDDING. Rinse 1 tablespoon in a bowl of water and add into a cup of boiling water in a pot. Stir till it thickens. Allow to cook for 10mins on low heat. You can add more water to your desired consistency. I like mine thick and creamy.  Serve with  milk and sweeten with stevia.  This will keep you full. You can also add chia and flax seeds.
